We want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Since all our products are perishable, we offer refunds only under specific conditions.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- You received the wrong item.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for customer preferences or dissatisfaction once the item has been delivered.
Refund Process
If your return is accepted, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the item(s). Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
- If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- If a return is denied because the item was not eligible for return (e.g., customer change of mind), no refund will be issued.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit if you prefer. Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
